Dear Valued Patient,
After 17 wonderful years of providing hearing health services to our community, we are writing to inform you that HearSay Services of Delaware will be permanently closing our office as of August 1, 2025.
Dr. Pamela Robinson will be retiring at that time, and while this marks the end of an era for our practice, we are filled with gratitude for the trust and support you have shown us over the years.
If you would like a copy of your last hearing test, please contact our office , no later than July 17, 2025, and we will be happy to provide it for you.
For patients with hearing aids that are currently under manufacturer’s warranty, we can refer you to another audiology center for continued care. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance with this transition.

About Our Audiologist
Dr. Robinson is a board-certified and licensed professional from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Additionally, She is a consultant audiologist for the Division of Public Health, State of Delaware.
