Front Office Support Associate
Job Description:
- Answer two-line phone system and direct calls as required
- Schedule patients/vendors for appointments
- Assure office is ready each day for patient intake
- Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
- Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives
- Greet patients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Assists the office manager with sorting and collating resumes
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Accounting duties weekly
- Create, edit, and update
- Familiarity with office software types
- Perform other office related duties upon request
Office Assistant qualifications and skills
- 2+ years experience in an administrative capacity
- Associates degree preferred or H.S. diploma
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency and accuracy in typing
- Pleasant, friendly disposition
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Maintains a clean work environment
